Tokashiki Port is the main gateway to Tokashiki Island, the largest of the Kerama Islands. Located on the southwestern coast of the island, the port receives daily ferry and high-speed boat services from Naha’s Tomari Terminal. The ferry “Ferry Tokashiki” takes 82 minutes, while the high-speed boat “Marine Liner Tokashiki” completes the journey in about 35 minutes.
The port area is compact but well-equipped with a waiting room, restrooms, and a small information counter. Rental car and scooter agencies have offices near the port, and several minshuku (guesthouses) offer pickup service for guests. Aharen Beach, the island’s most popular beach known for its crystal-clear waters and excellent snorkeling, is about 20 minutes by car from the port.
